Important Remarks:

  1. Connecting room/ early check in/ late checkout and king size bed are subject to availability upon check in time
  2. Standard hotel check in time is between 1400hrs-1600hrs (depends on the hotel) and check out time is at 1200hrs. If no room pre-block for early check in or extend for late checkout, guest need to follow the standard time mentioned above. Please do brief guest in advance based on their arrival & departure flight time
  3. Due to cold weather in Genting, Resort World management does not provide air-conditioner in all their hotel rooms.
  4. 12 years & above are considered adults, therefore will be charged as adults rate
  5. No charge for 2 years & below child. All theme park with entrance ticket will measure the height of child & infant before enter. If they exceed the minimum height requirement, please pay directly at the counter. Also any charges for meals, tours and transfers are to be paid directly by the parents if charged.
